Prior to her life in America, Mei had already taught art for years in a college (成都师范专科学校). Following her frivolous nature, in 1995, she threw herself to "the Land of opportunity", found herself confronted by various challenges. After venturing into several different professional fields - from game artist to professional portrait artist, in 2009, Mei finally found her "safe haven" in this cozy studio where she freely shares her knowledge and technique of art with the robust younger generation.
